WATERLENS PROJECT
Rick Tegelaar
CONCEPT
What is the difference between indoor and outdoor lighting, and how can this be made visual? For the occasion of the MTic project Atelier Rick Tegelaar developed a series of streetlights that interact with the elements. The first one being the Wind Streetlight. The liquid inside the lens body of the streetlight is agitated by the wind, and it creates a vivid image of light on the pavement.
